• All defects in materials and workmanship.
• TYPAR geo-textile fabric; against rupturing, rot or separation.
• The growth of vegetation through the geo-textile fabric.
• The constructed sand bottom to remain stable.
• The sand bottom against organic contamination from the sub-soil passing through the fabric.
• No site disturbance of property.
• That the newly constructed sand bottom is to have a minimum depth of 6" of sand over the geo-textile fabric.
• That after completion of the sand bottom; a 6" average sand depth is to be retained on the lake bottom, starting at the point of the beach where the depth of the water is 12" (at seasonal low lake level) continuing out to the extent of the beach.

What is NOT covered?

• The inlux or build-up of silt and other debris on to the beach.
• The transplanting or encroachment of vegetation onto the beach.
• The portion of the geo-textile fabric left exposed to direct sunlight.
• The erosion or loss of sand; on the upland beach and from the shoreline out into the lake to the point where the depth of the water is 12" (at seasonal low lake level). (Unless otherwise specifically guaranteed in writing by our representative.)
